At Party Britain, we want you to be the life of the party, but if your costume isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all accessories and tags are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack the Costume
Carefully place the costume and all included accessories back into their original branded packaging to ensure the item remains in resellable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
